You get an address for registering the company and for mail, with a lease agreement concluded with the office operator.

Start, Business or Premium. You give only your contact details and the VÆRD add-ons, no documents.

We pass the referral to the office operator. In its form you enter your data and documents, pay via Przelewy24 and sign the address lease agreement.

Once the agreement is signed, the address is yours. We start the VÆRD add-ons at the beginning of the period.

Net prices, 23% VAT added. VÆRD recommends the office operator's offer and receives a commission from it. The price of the address is the operator's price and does not rise because of this.

In Premium all add-ons cost 80 PLN per month, which is cheaper than separately. The domain is registered in your name. You run the VoIP number with the operator on your own account. You provide the content and graphics for the website and you are responsible for their compliance with the law.

The AI Assistant tells you how to use the accounting system. It is not accounting or tax advice, and its answers may contain errors. Accounting help is only included with the accounting package.
- You conclude the address lease agreement with the office operator and pay the operator for the address. VÆRD recommends its offer and receives a commission.
- You give the documents for the agreement and identity verification only to the operator.
- Non-payment for the add-ons means suspension of mail and the website 7 days after the reminder. We do not block the domain.
- The AI Assistant does not give accounting or tax advice.

What do I get with the subscription?
Your company address with a lease agreement, mail handling and an e-mail about the sender. Higher packages add letter scanning, conference-room hours and access to the community. The scope is in the table.
Who do I conclude the address lease agreement with?
With the office operator: Create Company Sp. z o.o., Aleje Jerozolimskie 109, Warsaw. VÆRD recommends its offer and receives a commission from the operator. You sign the agreement with the operator, not with us.
Who do I pay for the address?
The office operator, via Przelewy24, under the agreement with the operator. VÆRD does not accept payments for the address. You pay us only for the VÆRD add-ons.
What about the deposit?
The operator collects a refundable deposit equal to one monthly gross fee. The refund rules are described in the agreement with the operator.
How does identity verification work?
The office operator verifies your identity (anti-money-laundering rules). You can sign the agreement via Autenti (requires a PESEL number), Profil Zaufany or a qualified signature, or on PDF. Without a PESEL number, verification is done remotely using photos (a photo of your ID document and a photo of you holding it) or at the operator's office. You give documents only to the operator, not to us.
What data do you pass to the operator?
Only the contact details from the form: name, company, tax ID (NIP), e-mail and phone, and the chosen package. We do this as a referral, with your consent.
What happens to the domain, mail and website when the agreement ends?
The domain is registered in your name. The add-on agreement lasts 12 months and renews automatically unless you terminate it 30 days before the end. If you do not renew, we hand over access and the website files for 100 PLN net. We send a reminder 45 days before the end.
What happens if I do not pay for the add-ons?
We send a reminder by e-mail. If the payment does not arrive within 7 days, we suspend the mail and the website. We do not block the domain.
Does the AI Assistant replace an accountant?
No. It helps you use the accounting system. Binding answers on accounting and tax matters are given by the Office.
