Guarantee of a correct application

If the court returns or rejects the application because of our error, we will correct it and resubmit it at no extra charge.

When the guarantee applies

Where the cause of the return or rejection of the application is our error in preparing the company agreement, the list of partners or the application, for example data copied incorrectly from the form.

What we do

1. Correction. We correct the documents and resubmit the application, with no additional charge for our service.
2. Official fee. We cover the court fee and the publication fee for re-filing the application, up to 250 PLN.

How to report

Write to kontakt@vaerd.pl within 14 days of receiving the court's decision. Attach it to the report.

What the guarantee does not cover

• errors in the data given by the client in the form,
• the absence of or delay in the signature of one of the partners,
• the return of the application for reasons beyond our control (e.g. a partner's out-of-date documents),
• the court's decisions in matters disputed on the merits.
