What does VÆRD TAXCARE do?
We prepare documents and applications: for setting up a limited liability company through the S24 system, for an occasional lease and for assigning a PESEL number to foreigners. The information on the site is general in nature and is not legal advice.
How much does it cost?
Sp. z o.o.: 400 PLN net for our service plus official fees and PCC (with a capital of 5,000 PLN about 806 PLN in total with VAT). Occasional lease: from 249 PLN gross. PESEL assistance: 100 PLN gross per person. In the calculators on the service pages you see the full cost up front.
In which languages can I fill in the form?
The company form is in Polish, English and Ukrainian. The occasional lease form is additionally in Russian, Belarusian and Georgian. Documents for offices and the notary are prepared in Polish.
How quickly will I get the documents?
Preparing the documents after the order usually takes 1–2 working days. That is our working time, not the time a court, office or notary takes to process the application.
What if the document is not accepted?
If the cause is our mistake, we will correct the document free of charge or refund the service price. You have 14 days to report it. The rules are described in the acceptance guarantee.
