How much does it cost to set up a limited liability company through S24?

Short answerWith a capital of 5,000 PLN, setting up a company via S24 costs about 806 PLN in total, not counting the capital itself, which stays in the company's account. What changes the price

  • A partner without a PESEL. PESEL assistance costs 100 PLN per partner.
  • Registered-office address. You order the VÆRD virtual address separately, prices in the packages on the Virtual address page.
  • A non-cash contribution or a supervisory board. S24 does not handle them, so a notary is needed and the cost rises.

What is not included in the price

The price covers the preparation of documents for registration. It does not cover accounting after registration or fees that the court or offices may change. We describe the deadlines after entry in the guide How to set up a limited liability company step by step.

When it is not for youIf you want to contribute a non-cash asset to the company (e.g. a car, equipment) or appoint a supervisory board, S24 is not enough and you have to go to a notary.
