In which languages do the forms work?
The company form: Polish, English, Ukrainian. The occasional lease form additionally in Russian, Belarusian and Georgian.
Will the documents be in Polish?
Yes. Documents for offices and the notary are prepared in Polish because the procedure requires it. You fill in the form in your own language.
Do I need a PESEL to set up a company?
Registration through S24 requires a trusted profile (profil zaufany, which needs a PESEL), a qualified signature or a notary. We help prepare the PESEL application.
What about an interpreter at the notary?
If you do not speak Polish, the notary may require an interpreter. The details are described in the guide on occasional lease for foreigners.
