Terms of VÆRD add-ons for the virtual address

Rules for using the VÆRD add-ons to the virtual address (domain, e-mail, hosting, website, VoIP number, AI Assistant) and the rules for recommending the office operator's offer.

1. Parties and scope

1. The provider of the add-ons is VAERD sp. z o.o., KRS 0001265114, NIP 701-133-05-90, Aleje Jerozolimskie 109/70, 02-011 Warsaw (“VÆRD”).

2. The virtual address, the address lease agreement, mail handling and verification of the client's identity are provided by the office operator, Create Company Sp. z o.o. (the “Operator”). The Client concludes the agreement with the Operator directly. VÆRD is not a party to that agreement, does not accept payments for the address and does not make statements on behalf of the Operator.

3. VÆRD recommends the Operator's offer and receives a commission from it. The price of the address is the Operator's price.

2. Referral and data

1. After the order we pass the Client's contact details (first name, surname, company, NIP, e-mail, phone, selected package) to the Operator, based on the Client's consent.

2. The Client gives identity documents and data for the lease agreement only to the Operator. VÆRD does not collect them.

3. The Operator is a separate data controller as regards the address lease agreement. Details in the privacy policy.

3. VÆRD add-ons

1. Domain, e-mail and hosting: 39 PLN net per month. The domain is registered in the Client's name.
2. One-page website: 490 PLN net one-off. The Client provides the content, photos and graphics and is responsible for their lawfulness and for the rights to them. The Client is responsible for the website's compliance with the law (including company details and the privacy policy).
3. Landline number with area code 22 (VoIP): 100 PLN net one-off for setting up and handing over. The Client maintains the number with the telephone operator on their own account.
4. Premium: the VÆRD add-ons in the package cost 80 PLN net per month.
5. AI Assistant: tells you how to use the accounting system. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and its answers may contain errors. Question limits depend on the package.

4. Payments and suspension

1. We settle the add-ons by VAT invoice issued to the e-mail address provided. Prices are net, we add 23% VAT.

2. If payment is missing, we send a reminder by e-mail. If payment does not arrive within 7 days, we may suspend the mail and the website. We do not block the domain.

5. Duration and termination

1. The add-on agreement lasts 12 months and renews automatically for a further 12 months unless the Client terminates it by e-mail 30 days before the end of the period. We send a reminder 45 days before the end.

2. After the agreement ends, we hand over to the Client access to the domain, mail and website files. The handover is paid: 100 PLN net one-off.

6. Liability and complaints

1. We are not liable for the actions and omissions of the Operator or for the content of its agreement with the Client. VÆRD's liability is limited to the value of the add-on fees from the last 12 months, except for damage caused intentionally and cases where exclusion is not permitted.

2. We accept complaints by e-mail at the address given on the “Contact” page and handle them within 14 days.

7. Final provisions

Polish law applies to the agreements. A change to the terms does not affect orders placed before the change. Businesses ordering add-ons in connection with their activity do not enjoy consumer rights.
