2. General provisions

1. The terms and conditions are terms and conditions within the meaning of the Act on the provision of services by electronic means. Electronic services comprise making the Form and the site available and sending confirmations; they are provided free of charge, and the agreement for them is concluded when use of the Form begins and ends when it is left.

2. Technical requirements: a web browser with support for JavaScript and the cookies necessary for the site to work, an active e-mail address. The Form works in Polish, English, Ukrainian, Russian, Belarusian and Georgian; the Documents are drawn up in Polish, and the translations in the Form are of an auxiliary nature.

3. It is prohibited to enter untrue data and unlawful content into the Form.

3. Scope of the Service

1. The Service comprises preparing the Documents on the basis of the data provided by the Client, in the version and with the options chosen in the order, and delivering them by the chosen method (PDF by e-mail, parcel locker, courier, pick-up at the Law office or Express).

2. The Service is not legal or tax advice. The Documents are drafts that the Client should check before signing; in case of doubt we recommend consulting a notary or a lawyer.

3. The Service does not include: drawing up and certifying a notarial deed (acts of the notary for which the notary charges a separate fee not exceeding the limit in art. 19a para. 7 of the Act), sworn translations, concluding a lease agreement between the Client and the landlord, or representing the Client before the landlord, the notary or a court.

4. The With notarial certification version includes the notary's certification of the signature of the owner of the Replacement premises, required only if the landlord demands it (art. 19a para. 2 point 3 of the Act). The Basic version includes an ordinary declaration of the owner without certification. The choice of version is the Client's; the Service Provider is not liable for the landlord's refusal resulting from choosing a version that does not meet his or her requirements, unless the Client was wrongly informed of this by us.

4. Replacement premises

1. The Replacement premises are rented from its owner by the Service Provider (or an entity named in the declaration), which is entitled to make them available to people it designates. The Service Provider gives consent for the Client to live in these premises in the situations and on the terms described in the declaration, in particular in the event of enforcement of the obligation to vacate the premises rented by the Client (art. 19a para. 2 point 1 and para. 5 of the Act).

2. The consent referred to in point 1 applies for the period stated in the declaration, as a rule for the duration of the occasional lease, no longer than 10 years. Outside the situation described in the declaration the Client does not acquire the right to live in the Replacement premises, to use them or to register residence in them, and will not use their address for other purposes.

3. If the Client loses the ability to live in the Replacement premises (e.g. the lease of the Replacement premises expires), the Service Provider will promptly inform the Client by e-mail. The Client then has 21 days to name other premises together with the consent of its owner (art. 19a para. 3 of the Act), and if the Client does not, the landlord may terminate the agreement with a notice period of 7 days. Providing further Replacement premises is a separate service, placed as a new order. [TO BE VERIFIED: the scope of the Service Provider's obligation under this point.]

5. Order, price and payment

1. An order is placed through the Form, after completing the data, ticking the required consents and clicking the payment button. Before placing the order the Client may check and correct the data in the summary.

2. Prices are gross prices in zlotys (PLN) and include VAT: Basic version 249 PLN, With notarial certification version 349 PLN; Express (original in the Law office's parcel locker) +100 PLN; sending the original (parcel locker or courier) 17 PLN; PDF by e-mail and pick-up at the Law office at no extra charge. The price does not include notarial fees, which the Client pays to the notary separately.

3. Payments are handled by PayU S.A. The agreement is concluded when the order is placed with an obligation to pay, and fulfilment begins after the payment is credited. On request we issue an invoice; the Client provides the invoice details before payment.

6. Fulfilment and delivery

We prepare the Documents within 1–2 working days of the payment being credited and complete data being received. The delivery time by courier or to a parcel locker depends on the carrier. The Express option consists of placing the original in the Law office's parcel locker for the Client to collect; the Client receives the details (address, hours) in the order confirmation.

7. Client's obligations

1. The Client ensures that the data is true and complete, and that the Documents will be signed by authorised persons, in person or through a duly authorised attorney.

2. The Client is responsible for the data of third parties entered in the Form (household members, landlords), declares that he or she has the right to provide it, and will inform those persons about the processing of data in accordance with the privacy policy.

3. The Client checks the Documents before signing and promptly reports any errors.

8. Acceptance guarantee and liability

1. The rules of the guarantee (a free correction or a refund of the price when, through our fault, the notary or the landlord refuses to accept a Document) are described on the Guarantee page and form an integral part of the Terms and conditions.

2. The Service Provider is liable for proper performance of the Service on general terms. In relation to Clients who are not consumers, liability is limited to the price paid for the Service and to actual damage, excluding lost profits, except for damage caused intentionally.

3. The Service Provider is not liable for the decisions of the notary, the landlord, public authorities or a court, for delays by carriers and the payment operator, or for the consequences of providing untrue or incomplete data.

9. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted to kontakt@vaerd.pl, giving the order number and a description of the objections. We reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint. A consumer may also use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including mediation and the assistance of the county (municipal) consumer ombudsman.

10. Personal data

The rules of data processing are described in the privacy policy.

11. Final provisions

1. Polish law applies to the agreements. Disputes are resolved by the court competent under the general rules, and in relation to Clients who are not consumers by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered office.

2. A change to the Terms and conditions does not affect orders placed before the change. The current version is available on the site; previous versions are made available on request.

3. The Terms and conditions are in force from 13.10.2026.

Withdrawal from the agreement by a consumer

A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. To do so it is enough to send a statement to kontakt@vaerd.pl or by post to the Service Provider's address. You may use the template below, but you do not have to.

Starting the service before the 14 days expire. If before the withdrawal period expires you expressly request that the service begin (by ticking the relevant consent in the form), and we begin it, then in the event of withdrawal you will pay for the service performed up to the moment of withdrawal, in proportion to the scope of the performance rendered. If the service is performed in full with your express consent and after you have been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal lapses (art. 38 point 1 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights).

The payment is refunded within 14 days of receiving the statement of withdrawal, by the same payment method, unless you agree to another.
