4. Consents

I conclude an accounting agreement for 12 months and accept its terms and the privacy policy. I accept the data processing agreement (annex to the agreement). I declare that I am ordering as a business, in connection with my business activity.

I accept the JDG setup terms and conditions and the privacy policy. I request that the service be started before the 14-day period from concluding the agreement has expired. I know that once it has been fully performed I lose the right to withdraw from the agreement. I want to receive the accounting agreement after the CEIDG entry. I know that with a 12-month agreement you will refund the price of setting up the business.

I give true data. I know that VÆRD, as an obligated institution, may require client identification (anti-money-laundering regulations).
